•      Monitor Business/Digital Applications and facilitate them through Technical Lead, for timely delivery of all projects.

•      Liaison with all stakeholder including vendors for smooth operations of various Business/Digital Applications.

•      Responsible for conducting technical review, System Demos, UATs & QA of Business Applications, keeping in view market and industry best practices.

•      Responsible for security review of all customer centric & critical application infrastructure and applications as per policy.

•      Investigate and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize Banking Application availability.

•      Ensure timely resolution of outstanding defects or issues in Business Applications, impacting the business.

•      Suggest innovative and productive initiatives in order to get technological advancement and competitiveness in Business Application.
